About

I have led analytics at some of Indonesia's most recognised institutions, including the Ministry of Health and Garuda Indonesia Airlines, building dashboards and translating messy datasets into decisions that move organisations forward. SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI. The tools are familiar. The problems are always new.

Since 2022, teaching has become just as important as the analysis itself. Watching aspiring analysts find their confidence with data is some of the most rewarding work I do. Along the way, I've automated datasets, taken the stage across Indonesia to advocate for digital transformation, and worked alongside academics to turn real-world questions into published research.

Full-time. Fully in. The journey never ends.

Assessing Internet Quality across Public Health Centers in Indonesia

Co-Author

JMIR Medical Informatics · 2025

A national baseline assessment of internet quality and IT infrastructure across 10,378 Puskesmas in 34 provinces, covering 99.96% of national health facilities. The study found that 7% of public health centres have no internet access and 14% operate with limited connectivity, directly informing Indonesia's national digital health infrastructure policy.

My Contribution

Monitored and collected survey data on internet connectivity variables, conducted data analysis, and developed the dashboard used to visualise findings across provinces.

Assessing the Fidelity of Electronic Health Record Implementation

Co-Author

IOS Press · 2025

World Congress on Health Informatics, Taiwan

A cross-province analysis of EHR data submission fidelity across 33,901 healthcare facilities in 38 provinces. While 58% of facilities met the October 50% submission threshold, fidelity declined sharply against the December 100% target, revealing systemic gaps in infrastructure, workforce capacity, and regional readiness across Indonesia's nationwide EHR adoption programme.

My Contribution

Conducted field research in Maluku Tenggara, carried out stakeholder interviews, analysed national submission data, and contributed to the poster presentation to communicate key findings.

Real projects from real roles.

Healthcare Facility Analytics

75%

Active facility rate identified

across a national health platform

Challenge

The platform had no way to measure whether connected facilities were actually using it. Integration counts were the only metric available, but a connected facility is not the same as an active one. Without behavioural data, the team had no visibility into platform health or data quality at national scale.

Insight

Borrowing segmentation logic from e-commerce, I defined four facility states: new, active, dormant, and churned. This reframing shifted the question from "how many facilities are connected?" to "how many are actually contributing data?" The answer revealed that 1 in 4 integrated facilities were essentially silent.

Outcome

The 75% active facility rate became a baseline metric that directly shaped the national intervention strategy. For the first time, the team could prioritise outreach, measure improvement over time, and make policy decisions backed by behavioural evidence rather than connection counts alone.

A/B Testing for National Health Registration

7%

Conversion uplift

from registration to facility attendance at national scale

Challenge

Indonesia's Free Medical Checkup Programme gave everyone access to free health screening, but registration alone was not enough. A significant gap existed between people who registered and those who actually attended their nearest healthcare facility. The team needed a way to close that gap at national scale.

Insight

I hypothesised that a timely WhatsApp notification could nudge registered users to complete their journey and visit a facility. I designed the experiment end to end — defining the sample size, splitting users into control and experiment groups, setting the test duration, and building a real-time dashboard to monitor progress as the test ran.

Outcome

The results showed a statistically significant uplift in attendance, with conversion rates improving by up to 7%. Based on that evidence, WhatsApp notifications were rolled out at national scale — directly increasing the number of Indonesians accessing free healthcare.

Portal Registration Simplification

38%

Increase in registration conversion

through auto-verification and portal simplification

Challenge

Two separate registration portals, one manual and one auto-verified, created admin bottlenecks and slowed facility onboarding at national scale. A dedicated verification team that did not exist was required to keep the system running.

Insight

Analysing the registration funnel revealed that the auto-verification portal removed admin dependency entirely. I recommended consolidating both portals into one streamlined flow, and mapped facility readiness by region to guide the acceleration strategy.

Outcome

Consolidating to a single portal increased conversion rates by 38% and gave the team a data-backed intervention plan to accelerate facility onboarding across the country.

SLA Reporting Centralisation

−86%

Manual SLA reporting time cut

across a 51-branch cargo network

Challenge

Cargo operations relied on slow, branch-by-branch SLA reports — by the time leadership saw the numbers, the operational decisions had already been made.

Insight

Built foundational data models for cargo ops and centralised SLA reporting into Power BI, designed for direct consumption by the VP of Cargo Operations and 51 branch offices.

Outcome

Manual processing time cut 86%; SLA visibility moved from monthly to near-real-time, freeing three analysts to focus on demand forecasting.

Cargo Operations Digitalisation

IDR 170M

Saved annually

through automated cargo and logistics reporting

Challenge

Most cargo operations relied on paper documents and manual processes. Data was fragmented, real-time monitoring was impossible, and leadership had no visibility for strategic decision making.

Insight

I proposed and led a cargo digitalisation project, integrating operational data into a centralised dashboard. The bigger challenge was human — building trust across departments resistant to change, not just building the tool.

Outcome

The project reduced operational costs by approximately IDR 170 million annually and enabled faster, data-driven decisions at leadership level. Recognised as best Management Trainee and promoted to Manager of Data Analytics.

Construction Stock Estimation

Longer purchase lead time

from 1 day to 7 days through automated stock forecasting

Challenge

Early in my career at PT PP, I was working across two major projects — a building development in Surabaya and a Waste-to-Energy Power Plant in Solo. I noticed that warehouse material purchasing was entirely reactive. There was no structured stock planning, no forecasting, and requests were still paper-based. This created a real risk of cost waste and construction delays caused by material shortages.

Insight

I designed a weekly stock-planning SOP and replaced the paper-based material request process with electronic forms that project managers could monitor directly. The key shift was moving from intuition and habit to data-driven planning — giving warehouse staff advance purchase notifications before stock ran out, rather than waiting until materials were depleted.

Outcome

The system extended the material purchasing lead time from 1 day to 7 days, giving the team far more control over procurement planning. The initiative was submitted to the annual PP Awards and was selected as a top 10 finalist for best innovation — a recognition that validated the business impact of the solution.
